Secondly, not to worry! To get a replacement soc, simply email a pic of your damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of how it happened and hey presto! If we're impressed we'll send you a replacement free of charge.
If you have decided the design you purchased is not “the one”, we offer exchanges of new, unused products. Please reach out within 30 days of purchase to email@example.com , we will gladly exchange for one you think you like better. You will be responsible for getting the gogglesoc back to us and once we have confirmed receipt with our warehouse, we will send out your new soc.
Our return policy lasts 60 days from purchase and proof of purchase is required. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
