Where will my gogglesoc order be shipped from?

All orders placed on gogglesoc website are dispatched from our warehouse in Surrey BC, Canada.

How much does shipping cost for a gogglesoc cover?

Does gogglesoc ship internationally?

Our North American store ships to both Canada and the USA. Currently, gogglesoc’s online ordering is not available in countries outside North America. However, you may use our Store Locator to find retail partners near you.

I recently had a change in my postal/zip code. Which one should I use at checkout?

Although our online store's auto-populated fields might not always have the latest postal codes, our warehouses and shipping carriers are continuously updated. Please enter your new postal/zip code at checkout. If you experience any issues with this, drop us an email at shop@gogglesoc.com.

Can I utilize my Purolator/Fedex/UPS account for shipping?

Yes, you can. Please ensure to contact us at shop@gogglesoc.com prior to placing your order, so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Is shipping to a PO Box possible?

Yes, we can ship to your PO Box. Our warehouse will select the most cost-effective and suitable shipping method based on your address.

Does gogglesoc ship to all countries?

We currently ship to most regions in North America, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, Nunavut and the Yukon. If we do not yet ship to your country, use our store locator to find the nearest retail store carrying gogglesoc products.

What are the typical shipping times for gogglesoc products?

It depends on location, but typically once your order leaves our warehouse, it will take between 5-10 business days to be delivered. For the latest shipping timeframes, please check our Shipping Policy page. If you don’t receive your order within 15 days of ordering, please drop us an email at shop@gogglesoc.com.

What does this mean if the order status still shows pre-tracking?

If your order status is at the pre-tracking stage, it implies that our gogglesoc warehouse is in the process of preparing your order. The status should update within one to two days.

The tracking states my order was delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

It's common for the tracking to indicate delivery while the parcel is en route. Please allow an additional 2-3 days. If you still haven’t received your order, contact us at shop@gogglesoc.com.

Which shipping carriers are used by gogglesoc?

Our Standard Tracked shipping option utilizes rate shopping to identify the most cost-effective and efficient carrier. Typically, we use Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Is express shipping available for gogglesoc covers?

We do not offer express shipping at the moment, but stay tuned; we plan to introduce this option soon!
